Christine’s Dreamy Pork Fillet with Creamy Devon Farmhouse Cider Mustard:
Cut pork tenderloin into approximately. 1cm rounds allowing 3-4 per person. Heat knob of butter and dash olive oil in pan. Fry pork on both sides until cooked. Place on warm plate and keep warm. Deglaze pan with 150ml cider. Bubble to reduce, add 150 ml double cream and a teaspoon of Otter Vale Farmhouse cider mustard. Stir bringing to the boil add any meat juices. Serve with sauté potatoes, broccoli and green beans. Enjoy with the family!
